To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be included on the returned package.

All returned products must be unopened and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened or used products.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

If the product arrived damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with a photo and description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
