We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order is not what you expected, we may replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms listed below. You may return any product within 90 days of purchase if it is still unopened and in its original packaging. You may send your returned items to one of our warehouses. We will fully reimburse your payment using the same method that you used to place your order. Within three business days of us receiving your returned items, you will receive your full refund, minus any shipping fees (unless, of course, it was our error). We’re sorry, but we can’t accept any items returned after 90 days of your purchase.
HOW TO RETURN A DELIVERY
Place the items you are returning in sturdy packaging. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We are not responsible for any breakage that occurs during the return shipment.
Indicate whether you’d prefer a refund or exchange your goods.
Make a copy of the purchase order that came with your initial order, mark the things you’re returning, and put it in the return delivery parcel.
Use the mailing address from our email that we will provide you upon receipt of your refund request.
Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you’re returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your shipping receipt with your package so we can refund your shipping costs.)
You’ll receive an email confirming your return request.
We will refund your purchase within three business days after receiving your products at our warehouse.
If you wish to return 12 or more units of the same item, there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control and the expiring shelf-life limits of each.
When returning items from an order that previously qualified for free shipping, $5.95 will be deducted from your total refund if the new order value (excluding the return shipping fee) is less than $49.
